About Us

MEMBERSHIP

The Wisconsin Chief Strategy Officer Council (CSOC) is comprised of professionals serving as Chief Strategy Officers or those in equivalent roles within their organizations, along with two additional team members. This unique, team-based approach is designed to create enriched development opportunities for key leaders, fostering growth and collaboration within each participating organization.

Membership is typically by invitation, extended to leaders and organizations recognized for their industry expertise, strategic acumen, and proven track record in driving organizational growth and innovation. This selective approach ensures a high caliber of strategic insight and a robust exchange of ideas among members.

For those interested in joining the Council who have not received an invitation, an interview process with current Council leaders is required. This process helps ensure that new members align with the Council's mission and values and are positioned to contribute effectively to the collaborative learning and strategic development of the group. This approach maintains the integrity and high standards of our community while welcoming leaders who are eager to make a meaningful impact.

ENGAGEMENT

The CSOC engages in a range of activities designed to deliver exceptional value to its members, fostering growth, collaboration, and innovation.

Key activities include:

Regular Meetings (Spring and Fall):
These in-person meetings span 1.5 days and are dedicated to exploring strategic challenges, emerging opportunities, and industry trends. These events are hosted on a rotating basis at the locations of participating organizations, providing a unique opportunity to learn from diverse environments and company cultures.

Additional Learning Opportunities: In addition to these main gatherings, members can engage in additional learning opportunities and interactive sessions interspersed throughout the year, enhancing the continuous exchange of insights and best practices.
